| Hey guys, I hope everyones Thanksgiving went well. I'm super excited because I'm going to Las Vegas january 1st for my friends birthday! I have to be looking my best and right now I'm about 140 lbs (gross) and I want to be 125 lbs for the trip! Ive been taking a pole dancing class a couple times a week and hitting the gym for cardio a few times a week but I cant seem to get my eating habits on the right track. I used to have such great will power! what happened?? Ugh but I WILL make my goal! I can do it! xo M breakfast: special K w/soy milk lunch: doritos (discusting!) dinner: seafood soup sushi a few bites of fried ice cream H2O: 1[2]3[4]5[6]7[8]
excersise: 100 crunches 100 jumping jax 100 inner thigh ex 100 leg lifts 100 reaches 20 min on the elliptical 25 min on the treadmill 4 sets of 20 dead leg bends 4 sets of 20 love handle toners 3 sets of 15 back arm bends w/3 lb weights 3 sets of 15 overhead lifts w/3 lb weights 4 sets of 20 for 4 diff arm ex w/3 lb weights THINSPO:

| Im in a weird mood today, Ive just been so angry lately..And now Im even more pissed off because my mom brought me home a piece of cheesecake and like a fat ass I ate the whole damn thing..I just need to find some direction in my life because right now I dont have any and I get more and more angry by the day..
